- Took over largest and most troubled ongoing project to bring a stabilizing force to a young and inexperienced team
- Directed teams of up to 8 people towards more efficient processes (Scrum) and communication while empowering them to self-organize to get things done in the way that best fit their varied working styles
- Drove publisher/developer relationships for better communication and collaboration allowing the team greater autonomy and improving overall quality
- Planned and facilitated user testing, highlighting usability and functionality issues early in development
