  • Drove early concept and design on new project wholly different from previous games developed at Monolith
  • Developed and presented pitch of new game concept and project planning to WB executive management successfully securing greenlight approval

Producer (Multiplayer) – F.E.A.R. 2 – Project: Origins | Released February 2009 for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC

  • Took over F.E.A.R. 2 multiplayer production 6 weeks from Alpha following studio restructure
  • Redirected multiplayer design to concentrate on making core gameplay befitting the F.E.A.R. franchise
  • Scoped and reprioritized multiplayer features and levels while delivering a full-featured offering on schedule for 3 platforms
  • Reorganized multiplayer team to use Strike Team approach increasing efficiency and communication
  • Directed and facilitated internal and external user testing providing metrics to designers for balance and usability improvements

Producer (Multiplayer) and QA Lead – Condemned 2: Bloodshot | Released March 2008 for Xbox 360 and PS3

  • Developed and improved QA processes studio-wide, while also driving production and design of multiplayer feature sets creating a compelling first person melee online multiplayer experience
  • Designed and balanced multiplayer weapon systems through focus testing and in-game metrics
  • Drove collaboration for improvements to the melee systems design with Lead Designer to improve the multiplayer experience

Associate Producer and QA Lead – Condemned: Criminal Origins | Released November 2005 for Xbox 360 and PC

  • Defined and implemented QA processes for newly created internal console team
  • Planned and executed play testing with internal and external groups
  • Drove development of updated UI, localization and PC installer for Xbox 360 Japanese and EFIGS PC ports
  • Drove development of automated build systems
