- Acted as a mediator between management and employees, increasing transparency and resolving conflict
Lead Producer – Spec Ops: The Line | Released June 2012 for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC
- Took the reins as lead Producer to get development back on track with an inexperienced, but very talented development team
- Implemented strike team structure to foster rapid iteration and improved collaboration between multidisciplinary teams
- Instituted improved communication and collaboration with publisher allowing for greater ownership on the development team and reduced risk to the project
- Served as media liaison for PR and Marketing giving dozens of interviews across multiple media outlets
